So I LOVE learning and reading about the many health benefits that nature has to offer us, so I was really surprised that I had never heard of the incredible powers of Black cumin seed oil until recently!

It is pretty much on par with oil of oregano and its potency on microbes and is extremely strong at fighting infections, both viral and bacterial!

I take black cumin seed oil mixed with my apple cider vinegar and raw honey sometimes and also use it as an anti-ageing overnight skin oil mixed with your fave essential oil for a heavy dose of healing moisture (especially now the central heating is back on!).
