The recipe for our fave immune boosting – anti inflammatory – anti bacterial medicine

I originally came across this recipe last year when my Dad became really ill and I went on a mission to help him support his immune system where he could.

I have to tell you that he’s been making this medicine and been taking it every day since – and even with his now “compromised immune system” he has not been ill once! Not even a minor cold!!

This natural antibiotic syrup is anti-inflammatory, can help with issues such as arthritis, parasites, circulation issues and helps to boost the imuune system massively!

We just decided to make another batch as Ava tried some of the end of the last batch and really lked it!!! Which made me so happy – so I want to try and keep some on the go at all times! I really love the taste if I’m honest and I really feel that it helps to wake up my insides in the morning and sets me up for the day…

The recipe below should last you ages as you only need to take a tablespoon a day as a preventative and you can take two or 3 tablespoons a day if you feel unwell.

Processed with VSCO with hb2 preset

You will need:

800ml of apple cider vinegar

One tablespoon of finely chopped garlic

One tablespoon of grated ginger

Two tablespoons of finely chopped onion

Two tablespoons of grated horseradish

Two tablespoons of tumeric powder

Two tablespoons of ground black pepper

Two chilli peppers or one teaspoon of chilli powder

Two tablespoons of raw honey (optional)

Two tablespoons of cold pressed coconut oil

Juice of one freshly squeezed lemon

Put all the ingredients into a large glass mason jar – give it a good shake

Leave for a week to brew in a cool dark place and try to shake daily

After a week – strain the liquid and put your potion into a fresh jar… Try and squeeze out as much liquid from the pulp as you can.

As I’ve said, this recipe should last you aaaages and as the base is apple cider vinegar it wont go off… Just store in a cool dark place and keep out of direct sunlight!

Enjoy xx
