Eat a rainbow

This week I’ve been thinking a lot about food… Watching a documentary called vegucated made some decisions for me about the meat and dairy industry and that I don’t wish to support it anymore if I can avoid it. It has also inspired me to get more colour inside me and my family…

This gorgeous chard was at the local organic farmers market and I just had to capture it’s natural vibrancy!
Eating a rainbow of living food like this can surely only be doing your body some good….!?!


An acai smoothie bowl with raw toppings of strawberries, blueberries, banana, sliced almonds, cacao nibs and hemp hearts.


Rainbow salad with grated beetroot, carrot and courgette, local salad leaves, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and walnuts for a bit of protein.


A really GREEN smoothie with spirulina and hemp. Muscle heads and protein shakes eat your heart out.


dehydrated kale and zucchini chips. Much better than beige potato chips 😉
